Enjoy your summer holidays in Maro
Maro is a small picturesque town of Roman origin belonging to the municipality of Nerja in the province of Malaga.
Although it is mainly a town dedicated to agriculture, its tourism has grown considerably in recent years due to its proximity to places of marked tourist interest such as its well-known natural beaches.
This small town is quite frequented by tourists despite having less than 500 inhabitants. It owes its popularity, in large part, to the proximity of interesting places, such as the Cliffs of Maro – Cerro Gordo, the municipality of Nerja (of which Maro is a district) and the popular Caves of Nerja.
